A wide range of super tasty veggies : Salad greens, heritage tomatoes, potatoes, onion, carrots, beets, parsnips, garlic, herbs, wild crafted veggies including fiddleheads. Also greens (Kale, cabbage, Swiss Chard) cucumbers, Zucchini, Chinese cabbage, bok choy, snow peas, beans – Filet or pole beans, Celery, fennel and the list goes on.

Titia has gardened organicall since she was 6. She now farms at Ravensfield which is a diversified farms with animals (Goats, horse, pigs and chickens) and a 1 acre Market garden tilled almost exclusively by hand. Titia’s goal is to bioremediate her property and the work has come a long way since she first purchased the property in 1981. Using ‘DEEP’ organic methods and biodynamics she also strives to provide food of the highest vitality (and taste) to Kingston Market patrons. The property has been certified by Demeter.
