Lakeshore Harvest grows a variety of fresh herb and vegetable microgreens, which pack a punch in terms of nutrition and flavour. These organic greens include sunflower shoots, speckled pea, arugula, wheat grass, broccoli, daikon radish, and amaranth, among others. They offer significant health benefits and can be purchased individually or in a Superfood Sampler so you can experiment with the various textures and tastes. We are fresh, local, and sustainable and our microgreens are harvested the day before they are brought to market.
Lakeshore Harvest is located in the city of Kingston. It is a family-owned urban farm that operates year-round. Headed by mother and daughter duo Theresa and Julia Perera. Theresa is a former nurse, radiation therapist, and entrepreneur who was born and raised in Kingston. Julia is a graduate of health science, kinesiology, and athletic therapy. Together, they combine their passion for providing fresh, local, and nutritious food, with their love for sharing the benefits of incorporating microgreens for a healthy lifestyle.
