Sunset Farms

My name’s Matt Rabbie, and I’m a fourth generation farmer, farming on my family’s farm located on the beautiful shores of the Bay of Quinte, in Prince Edward County.

Throughout the season along with my family I grow a huge variety of cut flowers, available at market in bouquets and bunches as well as supplying florists throughout Ontario for weddings and events. The flowers are all grown naturally and with beneficial insects used instead of sprays to control unwanted pests. I also grow a wide variety of vegetables in our Fields as my family and I have been doing for over 100 years, which are available from summer to fall at the market.

In the spring our greenhouses are bursting with color, producing vegetable plants, annuals, hanging baskets, planters and perennials, for all your spring gardening needs. A selection of these are available at market in the spring/early summer along with dahlia tubers from our dahlia Field.
